Northwest 20s & 30s Now on Facebook

Our 20 and 30 somethings now have a home on Facebook. If you are a part of our group at Northwest please join up at this link. If you would like to see how Facebook can be used to reach out to 20 and 30 somethings have a look. The possibilities are limitless. I just started this group yesterday so there is not much media yet.

We have all of our upcoming events posted complete with addresses, descriptions, contact information. You can even click on the address of the event and have Google maps pull up with driving directions! I am posting notes about prayer requests and hopefully we can all start sharing the pictures we have taken at our events!

I would really encourage anyone working with this age group to try Facebook and make a Facebook Group for your group. I was amazed at how many of our people were on Facebook (close to 50!).

Have you Tried Blog Networks?

If you are on Facebook and you blog you should really try out Blog Networks. It is a great way to interact with others and find out what other blogs people with interests like your own are viewing. I just wish they had an RSS update and no update limit on the number of blog posts that go on it per week. It is a great resource.
