How in the world do you get so much content on your site? How long have you been blogging?
This is a great site–one I will be coming to for quite some time. Thank you for your obvious hard work.

Hi Dale,
I have been blogging for a little over two years. There are several things that go into what you find here. I teach a Bible class at least twice a week, write Bible class and small group curriculum on a regular basis, converse with other people in front line ministry, read, etc…all of which end up being material for this. I figure if a thought, resource, etc has been helpful to me then it would probably be helpful to someone else as well. Another thing that helps is using a feedreader to read blogs – it helps you consume a lot more information in a short amount of time. Hope that helps!
Hey Matt , Just checkin’ out the blog you got here, Looks pretty interesting. I havent been through the whole thing, but I’ve put it on myn favorites list so I plan to be back regularly. Hey bud, send me an email so that I can send you some interesting things that I come across from time to time. This is stuff that I think you’ll enjoy and perhaps Jim over at Northwest could use in his sermons. Talk to ya soon friend, God bless –Lee
Matt:
I very much enjoyed “Jesus Fulfills the Feast of Tabernacles – John 7″ and have been looking for the next installment, ” Jesus, the light of the world”.
Has this been published? I am leading a small group at my church through and have found this information very helpful.
Thanks for your time.

Dave,
Thanks for pointing out that I never got around to writing that! I will have to get on it!
Nice blog. I’m surprised I haven’t come across it before now, but I like it. I’m listing you on my blogroll. Keep up the good work. Feel free to return the favor, but there’s certainly no obligation. I look forward to reading more of your stuff.
Peter,
Thanks for stopping in and thanks for the link!
What a great site, Matt! It’s like walking into a library! I appreciate your time and work. I especially appreciate the small group resources. Thanks for sharing.
Could you have a section for Jonah?
Love Grandma!
Hi Matt from Sydney Australia,
We have been looking for some Bible Study material for our small group and your material looks interesting..
Could you send me a copy of your doctrinal statement as this would be helpful in making a decision about using the material.
Thanks.
How about using something that everyone has…. The Bible 🙂
Ha…that’s always a good place to start.
For your consideration:

Thanks for stopping in and for leaving a comment. Feel free to comment any time. Where are you ministering at?
I am the preacher at Cross Timber Church of Christ in Stephenville, TX.
A really blessed reminder of Psalm 46:10….”Be still and know that am God;..”
Hello,
I was looking at your blog and was wondering if you would want your own domain (something like mattdabbs.com). Having your own site has advantages, in particular it sends a message that you are passionate about your field of Christianity because you have gone so far as to register a domain. You would have more control in your design and template, and customize pretty much whatever you want.
I would also like you to know that we will offer you your first month with us free of charge; we would also pay the first charge for the purchase of a domain name (it’s about $10 a year, so we would pay for the first year, and if you decide to keep the domain it would cost you about $10 a year).
As for the hosting price, we can discuss this after the first free month. This fee is usually around $5 a month, however you will have more control over your spot on the world wide web. We will also help you with anything you might need in any aspect and even on a personal level. This also means we will help you copy your current data (entries, comments, everything) from your wordpress.com domain to your new domain. Everything will work the same. The first month will essentially be a risk free trial period.
Aside from having a blog, we can also help you to implement other forms of content management systems like forums, image galleries and so much more. We are contacting you to help you expand at a minimal price. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to e-mail me.
Thanks in advance for any replies.

Dear Brother/Sister,
Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ.
I am Somie, from Pakistan. Urdu and Punjabi are the biggest languages of this country. I visited your website (https://mattdabbs.wordpress.com/about/) and impressed by your work. I have one suggestion regarding booklets, sermon, tracks, and Bible studies and recording, it would be good, if these will be available in our native languages in Urdu and Punjabi. Reaching out to the people in their own languages is very helpful, affective and fruitful. If your ministry is interested and keen to reach the unreached and untold in Pakistan with the materials in native languages, I can arrange to translate for messages, bible studies, biblical tracks, books and also Urdu page on your ministry website. Our all services will be provided with reasonable rates and whatever we get we use it to spread the word of God.
Would please to hear from you,
With prayers,
Somie

Somie,
All the material here on the blog is open to be used by whoever, however. You are welcome to translate this material into whatever language you like and share it freely. If you have the skills and the passion then maybe it is something you can tackle. I will not be able to hire you to do that.
Thank you for sharing, and God bless you.
Hi! I just want to say thank you for sharing all the materials you have here. Really helps for someone who’s just starting in the ministry. Also, the free small group lessons (16 total) I noticed your missing lesson 14 & 15. I was wondering whether that is a typo or something. Please let me know when you can. Thanks you again and God bless!
Kim
Kim,
Which series are you referring to? glad it is all helpful!
Hi! that was quick. Lesson on Basic Christianity. The list says, lesson 14 – What is the Bible? and lesson 15 – Is Hell real? But the lesson jumps from 13 to 16. I hope you can provide the rest of it to continue the thought process. if not, its ok too. Thanks again!!!
