Philip’s Tomb Found

An Italian archaeologist claims to have discovered Philip, the apostle’s, tomb in Turkey.

Ben Witherington has his reservations on the matter.

Philip was one of the twelve. It is possible that he started out as a follower of John the Baptist. He brought Nathanael to Jesus and was tested by Jesus in regard to feeding the 5000. Philip was also there in Acts 1 when the Holy Spirit came.
