So Thankful for Less Blog Traffic

After taking one of the longest breaks from blogging since the beginning of this blog (5 days) I have to say I am quite thankful for less blog traffic. The last week has had some of the lowest numbers in quite some time and I am very thankful for that. For me it meant more time with family. Hopefully it also meant less people stopping by the blog because they were doing more important things like spending time with family and friends. As thankful as I am for what happens here at the blog I am far more excited about what is happening “in the real world” so to speak. As much of a blessing blogging can be it can also be a distraction. I am thankful for time away because it helps me to refocus my efforts, fill my cup, and increase the quality of what I am doing here and elsewhere.
